Landscape artist Andy Cao is founding partner of Cao | Perrot Studio (Los Angeles-Paris). Andy is a recipient of the Rome Prize Fellowship in Landscape Architecture at the American Academy in Rome (FAAR'02) and the Loeb Fellowship at Harvard University Graduate School of Design (LF'11).

Xavier Perrot is a landscape artist and founding partner of Cao | Perrot Studio. He leads the CPS atelier in Paris.

Born in Brittany, he studied landscape design at Saint - Ilan School in Brittany, and the Conservatoire International des Parcs et Jardins et du Paysage in Chaumont-sur-Loire, France.
In 2008, Xavier was awarded the “Lauréats des Nouveaux Albums des Jeunes Architectes et Paysagistes” (Emerging Young Architects and Landscape Designer Award) by the French Ministry of Culture.

Ana Gelabert-Sanchez is Planning & Urban Design Director at Cao | Perrot Studio.

She is a recipient of the Loeb Fellowship (LF’11), and currently a Design Critic in Urban Planning & Design at Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Ana holds Bachelor's degrees in Architecture and Fine Arts from Rhode Island School of Design and a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from Harvard GSD.
Ana was Planning Director for the City of Miami (1998–2010), and led the Miami 21 Project, which contributed to the city’s greatest growth period in history. She was named Top Public Official of the year for 2010 by Governing Magazine and was awarded the 2011 CNU Groves Award.

New Zealand-born photographer Stephen Jerrome is Marketing Director at Cao | Perrot Studio. He is based in Los Angeles.

In the 1980s, Stephen was a social and society photographer covering the Hollywood art and nightlife scenes. (www.studio5LA.com) He has documented Cao | Perrot Studio’s work for over a decade.
